Meat Marinade and Gravy

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Coca-Cola 1 cup cooking oil 1 tablespoon A-1 sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 can mushrooms



1 Combine all of the ingredients. Marinate meat at room temperature for 2 hours before cooking. Use this same marinade to baste a roast-very often. Cook at 300 degrees. use a meat thermometer for desired doneness.
2 Serve with mushroom gravy (use remaining marinade-add mushrooms and thickening.)
