| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup Coca-Cola | 1 cup cooking oil | 1 tablespoon A-1 sauce |
| 1 clove garlic, crushed | 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce | 2 teaspoons soy sauce |
| 1 can mushrooms | ||
| 1 | Combine all of the ingredients. Marinate meat at room temperature for 2 hours before cooking. Use this same marinade to baste a roast-very often. Cook at 300 degrees. use a meat thermometer for desired doneness. |
