Pineapple Sprite Cake |

| 1 box pineapple cake mix | 1 box instant vanilla or lemon pudding | 3/4 cup oil |
| 10 ounces Sprite | 6 eggs | 1-1/2 cups sugar |
| 11 ounces crushed pineapple | 3/4 stick margarine | 2 tablespoons flour |
| 1 cup coconut (optional) | ||
| 1 | In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, oil and Sprite and mix well. Add 4 eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Make a topping by combining the sugar, remaining eggs, undrained pineapple, margarine and flour. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Stir in the coconut and spread on the hot cake. |
