Pineapple Sprite Cake

INGREDIENTS:
1 box pineapple cake mix 1 box instant vanilla or lemon pudding 3/4 cup oil
10 ounces Sprite 6 eggs 1-1/2 cups sugar
11 ounces crushed pineapple 3/4 stick margarine 2 tablespoons flour
1 cup coconut (optional)



1 In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, oil and Sprite and mix well. Add 4 eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Make a topping by combining the sugar, remaining eggs, undrained pineapple, margarine and flour. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Stir in the coconut and spread on the hot cake.
