| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 4 boneless chicken breast halves | 3/4 cup picante sauce | 1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
| 1 tablespoon lime juice | 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin | |
| 1 | Place chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness, using meat mallet or rolling pin. Cut lengthwise into 1-inch strips. |
| 2 | Mix picante sauce, or, lime juice, garlic and cumin. Add chicken and toss to coat. |
| 3 | Thread chicken accordion-style on 8 metal skewers. Grill chicken 10 minutes or until done, turning often. Serve with grilled vegetables and chunky salsa, if desired. |
