Salmon and Avocado Tartare on Cucumber Slices

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup (lightly packed) 1/4-inch cubes fresh skinless salmon fillet (about 6 ounces) 4 teaspoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill plus sprigs for garnish
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill plus sprigs for garnish 1 tablespoon drained prepared white horseradish 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime peel 1/2 large avocado, peeled, pitted, cut into 1/4-inch cubes 16 to 18 thin diagonal slices unpeeled English hothouse cucumber



1 Mix salmon, mayonnaise, chopped dill, horseradish, lime juice, and lime peel in medium bowl. Fold in avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Cover; chill, at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hour.
2 Spoon salmon mixture onto each cucumber slice. Garnish with dill sprigs.
