INGREDIENTS:
1 clove garlic, minced 1 onion, thinly sliced 1 teaspoon oil
1 8-ounce can minced clams 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce 1 cup brown rice, cooked



1 Saute garlic and onion in oil in skillet until soft and lightly browned. Add clams with juice and soy sauce; mix well. Add cooked rice; mix, cover, and warm to serving temperature over low heat.
