Quick-and-Easy Strawberry Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup milk 2 to 4 drops red food coloring, if desired



1 Puree berries in blender or food processor fitted with metal blade. In a large bowl, combine pureed berries, sugar, lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, milk, and food cooling, if desired. Pour into ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
