INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp superfine sugar, optional 2 tsp Turkish coffee



1 Measure cold water, by using the coffee cups, into the cezve. Stir in the sugar and bring slowly to a boil over a low heat.
2 Add the coffee, stir well and heat until the froth forms on top. Just at the moment it may overflow, remove from the heat and divide the froth into the cups.
3 Return the cezve to the heat and bring to a boil again.
4 Pour the remaining coffee into the cups and serve hot.
