| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/3 cup chopped onion | 1-1/2 tablespoons butter | 1-1/2 tablespoons flour |
| 1 cup rich milk | salt and pepper to taste | 2 tablespoons sour cream |
| 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried dill | ||
| 1 | Cook onion in butter until tender, add flour and cook 2 minutes over low heat. Add milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. When very hot, remove from stove and add salt, pepper, and sour cream. Beat well. Stir in dill. |
