Hot Dill Sauce

1-1/2 cups


INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup chopped onion 1-1/2 tablespoons butter 1-1/2 tablespoons flour
1 cup rich milk salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried dill



1 Cook onion in butter until tender, add flour and cook 2 minutes over low heat. Add milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. When very hot, remove from stove and add salt, pepper, and sour cream. Beat well. Stir in dill.
