Best Chocolate Pudding

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup grated chocolate 3 egg yolks 2 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch 3 egg whites 1 cup sugar



1 Melt chocolate over hot water, add yolks, cook until they thicken. Add cream, thickened with cornstarch. Boil up until it becomes like a custard. Pour in a glass dish and when cold beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff and put on top. Serve very cold.
