| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup grated chocolate | 3 egg yolks | 2 cups heavy cream |
| 1 tablespoon cornstarch | 3 egg whites | 1 cup sugar |
| 1 | Melt chocolate over hot water, add yolks, cook until they thicken. Add cream, thickened with cornstarch. Boil up until it becomes like a custard. Pour in a glass dish and when cold beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff and put on top. Serve very cold. |
