| 1 teaspoon ground coriander | 1 teaspoon minced garlic | assortment of green salad vegetables (such as lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, sunflower sprouts, green bell peppers, and so on) |
| 1 | Put the beef, onion, oil, lemon juice, chile sauce, salt, pepper, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, and garlic in a bowl and mix together thoroughly. Form into small balls or flat patties. Arrange the salad on individual plates with the meat in the middle. Garnish as you wish and serve cold. |
