INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs, well beaten 1 cup sugar 1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt jelly or maple butter



1 Beat eggs, add sugar and flour sifted with baking powder and salt. Beat all well. Bake in an 18 inch tin 12 minutes at 350 F. Turn onto a towel, spread with jelly or maple butter, while warm. Roll up and wrap in towel until cool. Sprinkle with white or maple sugar. Very good.
