| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 eggs, well beaten | 1 cup sugar | 1 cup flour |
| 1 teaspoon baking powder | 1/2 teaspoon salt | jelly or maple butter |
| 1 | Beat eggs, add sugar and flour sifted with baking powder and salt. Beat all well. Bake in an 18 inch tin 12 minutes at 350 F. Turn onto a towel, spread with jelly or maple butter, while warm. Roll up and wrap in towel until cool. Sprinkle with white or maple sugar. Very good. |
