Blackberry Frozen Yogurt

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened blackberries or boysenberries 2/3 cup sugar 2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons honey 1 cup low-fat milk 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt, stirred



1 In a blender or food processor fitted with metal blade, puree berries; strain and discard seeds. Set puree aside. In small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in honey and milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until translucent (about 5 to 7 minutes). Stir in pureed berries. Cool; then add yogurt. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
