| 1 egg, beaten | 1/3 cup milk | 3 tablespoons melted butter |
| 1/4 cup sugar | Peach mixture: 8 peaches, sliced | 2/3 cup sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg | 2 teaspoons baking powder | 1 cup flour |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt | ||
| 1 | Add sugar, butter and milk to egg. Sift dry ingredients and add to other mixture. Beat thoroughly. Put peach mixture in 8x8 buttered pan. Cover with batter. Bake at 375 F. for 45 minutes. |
