Delicious Beef and Rice

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground beef 1 cup rice 1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon each salt, paprika 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 small bottle of olives, sliced 2 cups tomato juice 1/2 cup grated cheese



1 Brown ground beef with rice and onion in oil in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients except cheese with 1-1/2 cups boiling water. Bake covered at 300 F. for 1 hour. Top with cheese. Bake uncovered, for 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
