| 1/2 cup butter | 3/4 cup celery (diced) | 1 teaspoon salt |
| 1 teaspoon pepper | 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning | 6 cups bread crumbs (or cut into cubes) |
| 3/4 cup onions, chopped | 1-1/3 tablespoon parsley | 1/2 teaspoon sage |

| 1 | Cook onion and celery in butter and add the rest of the ingredients. |
