| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 head cauliflower (cut in flowerets) | 1 lb fresh peas (shelled or frozen-drained) | 3 carrots (diced in small cubes) |
| 1/2 lb boiling onions | 3 cups milk | 2 teaspoons salt |
| 4 tablespoons whole wheat pastry flour | 2/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese | |
| 1 | Steam all vegetables separately until half done. Remove to a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the vegetables. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 F until tender and brown around the edges. |
