Ham and Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
8 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed (8 cups) 3 cups cubed fully cooked ham 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons snipped parsley 1 11-oz can condensed cheddar cheese soup 1 10-1/2 oz can cream of celery soup
3/4 cup milk 1 9-oz package frozen cut green beans, thawed 1 cup soft bread crumbs (1-1/2 slices bread)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted



1 In greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish layer half of the potatoes and half of the ham; sprinkle with onion and parsley. Top with remaining potatoes and ham. Mix soups, milk and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; pour over casserole. Cover; bake at 350 for 1 hour. Stir in beans. Toss crumbs with butter; sprinkle atop casserole. bake, uncovered, 35 minutes more.
