| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 8 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed (8 cups) | 3 cups cubed fully cooked ham | 1/4 cup finely chopped onion |
| 2 tablespoons snipped parsley | 1 11-oz can condensed cheddar cheese soup | 1 10-1/2 oz can cream of celery soup |
| 3/4 cup milk | 1 9-oz package frozen cut green beans, thawed | 1 cup soft bread crumbs (1-1/2 slices bread) |
| 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted | ||
| 1 | In greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish layer half of the potatoes and half of the ham; sprinkle with onion and parsley. Top with remaining potatoes and ham. Mix soups, milk and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; pour over casserole. Cover; bake at 350 for 1 hour. Stir in beans. Toss crumbs with butter; sprinkle atop casserole. bake, uncovered, 35 minutes more. |
