INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup butter 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt
dash cayenne 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley



1 Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients. Heat and serve over cooked, hot vegetables.
