| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup cooked lima beans | 2 cups canned or fresh corn | 4 tablespoons flour |
| 1 egg | 1 teaspoon salt | 1 teaspoon sugar |
| 1/8 teaspoon pepper | 1/4 cup fat for frying | |
| 1 | Mash cooked beans through a coarse strainer. |
| 2 | Add corn, egg, flour and seasoning. |
| 3 | Drop mixture into hot fat and brown on each side. |
