| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/4 cup butter | 3/4 cup honey | 1 egg |
| 2 cups flour | 1/2 teaspoon salt | 2 teaspoons baking powder |
| 2 tablespoons milk | 1 cup chopped nuts | 1 cup raisins, chopped |
| 1 | Cream butter. |
| 2 | Add honey and beaten egg and beat until fluffy. |
| 3 | Sift flour, measure and add salt and baking powder. |
| 4 | Sift again. |
| 5 | Add chopped nuts and raisins to flour mixture. |
| 6 | Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to creamed mixture. |
| 7 | Mix thoroughly. |
| 8 | Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet, spaced 2 to 3 inches apart. |
| 9 | Bake at 350 F. for 12 to 15 minutes. |
