Carrots Supreme

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked carrots 3/4 cup liquid from carrots 1-1/2 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper 1 tablespoon chopped onion 1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup cream 6 tablespoons bread crumbs



1 Drain liquid from carrots. Fill baking dish with carrots. Cook onions and peppers in butter until soft. Add flour. Stir. Add liquid from carrots. Add cream, salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over carrots. Cover top with buttered crumbs and bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes, or until brown.
