| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 cups sugar or 1/3 cup honey | 2 tablespoons cornstarch | 2 (20-ounce) cans crushed pineapple |
| 1 egg, beaten | 3 slices bread, cubed | 1/2 cup butter |
| 1 | Combine sugar and cornstarch. Mix pineapple and egg together; add sugar mixture. Pour into 1-quart casserole. Brown bread in butter; sprinkle on pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Good served with ham and scalloped potates. |
