| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/4 cup butter | 1/4 cup flour | 1-1/4 cups milk |
| 1/2 cup chicken broth | 1/4 cup white wine | 1/2 t curry powder |
| salt and pepper | 1 cup diced cooked chicken | 1 cup diced cooked ham |
| 1/4 lb sliced fresh mushrooms, or 1 4-oz can, drained | 2 T diced pimiento | |
| 1 | Melt butter and blend in flour. Add milk and broth gradually, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, still stirring, and cook until thickened. Lower heat and stir in remaining ingredients one at a time. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Serve in patty shells or toast cups or over rice. |
