Ham and Chicken Luncheon Dish

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup flour 1-1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup white wine 1/2 t curry powder
salt and pepper 1 cup diced cooked chicken 1 cup diced cooked ham
1/4 lb sliced fresh mushrooms, or 1 4-oz can, drained 2 T diced pimiento



1 Melt butter and blend in flour. Add milk and broth gradually, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, still stirring, and cook until thickened. Lower heat and stir in remaining ingredients one at a time. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Serve in patty shells or toast cups or over rice.
