| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 6 pork chops | 3/4 cup fine bread crumbs | 1 teaspoon salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon pepper | 1 egg, beaten | 1/4 cup milk |
| 1/4 cup boiling water | ||
| 1 | Add salt and pepper to bread crumbs. |
| 2 | Beat egg and add milk. |
| 3 | Dip chops in liquid and roll in crumbs. |
| 4 | Put 3 tablespoons fat in a skillet and brown chops. |
| 5 | Place chops in a baking pan or dish and add boiling water. |
| 6 | Cover and bake at 400 F. for about 50 minutes. |
