Pork Chops, Breaded

INGREDIENTS:
6 pork chops 3/4 cup fine bread crumbs 1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 egg, beaten 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup boiling water



1 Add salt and pepper to bread crumbs.
2 Beat egg and add milk.
3 Dip chops in liquid and roll in crumbs.
4 Put 3 tablespoons fat in a skillet and brown chops.
5 Place chops in a baking pan or dish and add boiling water.
6 Cover and bake at 400 F. for about 50 minutes.
