Whole Wheat Muffins

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup whole wheat flour 3/4 cup flour 1 Tbsp baking powder
1 cup sugar 1 tsp salt 3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup honey 3 Tbsp oil 1 egg



1 Combine all dry ingredients.
2 In separate bowl mix together milk, honey, oil, and egg. Stir into dry ingredients until they are just moistened.
3 Spoon into greased and floured medium-sized muffin tin, filling each cup 2/3 full.
4 Bake at 325 F. for 20-25 minutes.
