| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup whole wheat flour | 3/4 cup flour | 1 Tbsp baking powder |
| 1 cup sugar | 1 tsp salt | 3/4 cup milk |
| 1/4 cup honey | 3 Tbsp oil | 1 egg |
| 1 | Combine all dry ingredients. |
| 2 | In separate bowl mix together milk, honey, oil, and egg. Stir into dry ingredients until they are just moistened. |
| 3 | Spoon into greased and floured medium-sized muffin tin, filling each cup 2/3 full. |
| 4 | Bake at 325 F. for 20-25 minutes. |
