Liver and Onions

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs liver, sliced salt to taste pepper to taste
1/2 cup flour 2 Tbsp oil 1/2 to 1 cup sliced onions



1 Season liver with salt and pepper. Roll in flour.
2 Fry in oil just until golden brown on both sides. Remove liver and keep warm.
3 Add onions in hot drippings. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until tender and brown.
4 Serve liver topped with onions.
