| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 lbs liver, sliced | salt to taste | pepper to taste |
| 1/2 cup flour | 2 Tbsp oil | 1/2 to 1 cup sliced onions |
| 1 | Season liver with salt and pepper. Roll in flour. |
| 2 | Fry in oil just until golden brown on both sides. Remove liver and keep warm. |
| 3 | Add onions in hot drippings. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until tender and brown. |
| 4 | Serve liver topped with onions. |
