| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2-1/2 cups flour | 1/2 cup sugar | 1/2 cup brown sugar |
| 1 tsp salt | 3-1/2 tsp baking powder | 3 Tbsp vegetable oil |
| 2 eggs | 3/4 cup milk | 1 cup mashed ripe bananas |
| 1 tsp vanilla extract | ||
| 1 | Combine dry ingredients in electric mixer bowl. In separate bowl mix together oil, eggs, and milk. |
| 2 | Mix wet ingredients into dry. Fold in bananas and vanilla. |
| 3 | Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. |
| 4 | Pour into 9 x 5 x 3" greased and floured loaf pan. |
| 5 | Bake at 350 F. for 55-65 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool before slicing. |
