| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 lbs fresh asparagus | 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese | 5 Tbsp butter, melted |
| 1 | Cook asparagus in salted water for 1-2 minutes. Plunge in cold water until chilled. Spread in bottom of cake pan. |
