INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup dark brown sugar, lightly packed 2 teaspoons dry mustard 2 tablespoons seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish 1 cup Coca-Cola
1 cup water 6 tablespoons lemon juice 6 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup instant minced onion 6 drops Tabasco sauce
6 pounds spareribs

1 In a saucepan, blend the sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in the remaining ingredients to make a sauce. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 10 minutes. In a conventional oven, brown the ribs in a roasting pan at 350 degrees.
2 Pour off the fat and spoon the sauce over the ribs; cover tightly with foil and cook about 1 hour.
3 Alternate method: Brown the ribs on both sides in a Dutch oven, heavy skillet, or saucepan. Pour off the fat and pour the sauce over the ribs. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Baste and turn the ribs often.
