Scalloped Potatoes with Endive

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups diced potatoes 1-1/2 cups chopped endive 1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper 4 slices bacon 2 cups milk



1 Arrange raw, diced potatoes and chopped endive in alternate layers in a baking dish.
2 Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3 Pour the milk over the mixture.
4 Top with strips of bacon and bake at 375 F. for 1 hour.
