| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 cups diced potatoes | 1-1/2 cups chopped endive | 1 teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon pepper | 4 slices bacon | 2 cups milk |
| 1 | Arrange raw, diced potatoes and chopped endive in alternate layers in a baking dish. |
| 2 | Sprinkle with salt and pepper. |
| 3 | Pour the milk over the mixture. |
