DRYING FRESH CORN ROLLS (NAKVIKLOKVU): Remove corn husks from leftover corn rolls and split them lengthwise (or slice crosswise) to ensure quick drying. Put rolls in a sifter basket and place them in a window or other sheltered, sunny spot. Turn rolls two or three times a day for even drying, and, when completely dried, store them in a tightly covered container. Nakviklokvu will keep for a year in a tightly closed container. |
