Mixed Pickling Spices

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup mustard seeds 3/4 cup ground coriander 1/2 cup allspice berries
1/2 cup black peppercorns 1/2 cup crushed cinnamon sticks 1/2 cup whole cloves
1/2 cup dill seeds 1/2 cup chopped and dried ginger root 1/4 cup cardamom seeds
12 crushed bay leaves 6 crushed red peppers 1 tablespoon nutmeg



1 Mix all the spices in a dark glass jar. Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
