INGREDIENTS:
1 15-ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 15-ounce can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 15-ounce can small white beans, rinsed and drained
2 7-1/2 ounce cans chopped tomatoes with jalapeno peppers, undrained 1 14-ounce can vegetable or chicken broth or 1-3/4 cups homemade vegetable or chicken broth 1 12-ounce jar roasted red sweet peppers, drained and chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 of a 6-ounce can (1/3 cup) tomato paste 1 to 3 teaspoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
4 cloves garlic, minced



1 In a 3-1/2 or 4-quart slow cooker combine beans, undrained tomatoes, broth, roasted sweet peppers, onion, tomato paste, Jamaican jerk seasoning, and garlic.
2 Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 8 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 to 4 hours.
