| 1/2 pound (250g) leftover meat, cooked or raw, chopped into bite-size pieces | 6 tablespoons vegetable oil | 2 yellow or red onions, diced |
| 4 tomatoes, blanched, peeled, and quartered | 1 green bell pepper | salt |

| 1 | If you are using raw meat, start by frying the meat lightly in a large pan with hot oil. When the meat is nearly cooked, add the onions and cook until they are soft and translucent. Add the tomatoes, green pepper, and any precooked meat. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the meat is cooked through. |
