Hot Beet and Ripe Apple Relish (Buraczki z Jablkami na Goraco)

INGREDIENTS:
1 1-lb can beets 2 apples, cored, peeled, sliced 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar salt to taste 1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon flour



1 Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender and puree. Pour into a saucepan and heat gently. A few minutes before serving combine the sour cream and flour, then stir into the beet mixture. Mix and heat through. Do not boil.
