Sweet Hot Mustard

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 2/3 cup dry mustard
1/2 cup malt vinegar



1 In the top of a double-boiler, whisk together the sugar and eggs until smooth. Whisk in the mustard until smooth. Add the vinegar in a thin stream, whisking until all is incorporated. Place the double-boiler over simmering water and cook, whisking constantly, until the mixture has thickened. Serve the mustard at room temperature. Store covered in the refrigerator.
