| 1/2 cup sugar | 2 eggs | 2/3 cup dry mustard |
| 1/2 cup malt vinegar | ||
| 1 | In the top of a double-boiler, whisk together the sugar and eggs until smooth. Whisk in the mustard until smooth. Add the vinegar in a thin stream, whisking until all is incorporated. Place the double-boiler over simmering water and cook, whisking constantly, until the mixture has thickened. Serve the mustard at room temperature. Store covered in the refrigerator. |
