| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 cups diced, cooked chicken | 1-1/2 cups diced celery | 3 hard-cooked eggs |
| 3 sweet pickles, chopped | 1 teaspoon salt | 1/8 teaspoon pepper |
| 2/3 cup mayonnaise | 3 tablespoons cream | |
| 1 | Cut the cooked chicken in 1/2 inch pieces. |
| 2 | Chop celery and pickles and add to chicken. |
| 3 | Chop eggs, coarse, and add to mixture. |
| 4 | Add seasoning. |
| 5 | Add cream to mayonnaise; when smooth, mix with chicken. |
| 6 | Serve on lettuce. |
