Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups diced, cooked chicken 1-1/2 cups diced celery 3 hard-cooked eggs
3 sweet pickles, chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup mayonnaise 3 tablespoons cream



1 Cut the cooked chicken in 1/2 inch pieces.
2 Chop celery and pickles and add to chicken.
3 Chop eggs, coarse, and add to mixture.
4 Add seasoning.
5 Add cream to mayonnaise; when smooth, mix with chicken.
6 Serve on lettuce.
