Scalloped Salmon

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups salmon 2 cups milk 2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt 2 cups cracker crumbs 1/4 cup melted butter



1 Flake the salmon.
2 Place alternate layers of salmon and crushed crackers in a greased casserole.
3 Beat eggs and slowly add hot milk, butter and salt.
4 Pour liquid over contents of casserole.
5 Bake at 375 F. for 40 minutes.
