| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cups salmon | 2 cups milk | 2 eggs |
| 1 teaspoon salt | 2 cups cracker crumbs | 1/4 cup melted butter |
| 1 | Flake the salmon. |
| 2 | Place alternate layers of salmon and crushed crackers in a greased casserole. |
| 3 | Beat eggs and slowly add hot milk, butter and salt. |
| 4 | Pour liquid over contents of casserole. |
| 5 | Bake at 375 F. for 40 minutes. |
