INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons gelatin 1/4 cup cold water 1/2 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 cup sugar 3 cups grapefruit, juice and pulp
1/2 cup pecans, chopped



1 Soak gelatin in cold water; add hot water and sugar, and cool until thick but not stiff. Add lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and pulp. Add nuts. Let thicken slightly and pour into a slightly greased mold.
