| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 tablespoons gelatin | 1/4 cup cold water | 1/2 cup boiling water |
| 3 tablespoons lemon juice | 1 cup sugar | 3 cups grapefruit, juice and pulp |
| 1/2 cup pecans, chopped | ||
| 1 | Soak gelatin in cold water; add hot water and sugar, and cool until thick but not stiff. Add lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and pulp. Add nuts. Let thicken slightly and pour into a slightly greased mold. |
