Avocado and Cilantro Salsa

INGREDIENTS:
2 large ripe avocados 3 Roma tomatoes 4 Tbsp red onions, diced
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped fine garlic to taste, chopped fine Jalapeno peppers to taste, chopped fine
1 Tbsp tomato juice cayenne pepper Tabasco
lemon juice



1 Peel avocados and tomatoes and dice into small chunks, Mix with onions, cilantro, garlic and jalapeno peppers.
2 Add tomato juice, cayenne pepper, Tabasco sauce and lemon juice to taste.
