| 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled | 3/4 cup sugar | 3 tablespoons flour |
| 2 cups Sprite | butter | |
| 1 | Slice the potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Place in pan with enough cold water to cover and cook until tender but not done. Drain; transfer the potatoes to a casserole dish. In a bowl, combine the sugar and flour, add the Sprite. Pour the mixture over the potatoes. Dot with butter. Cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until the liquid is thick. |
