Instant Chocolate Pie

INGREDIENTS:
8 inch graham cracker pie crust 4-1/2 ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix 1/3 cup powdered milk
1 cup Fresca 2 cups non-dairy whipped topping 1/4 cup chopped pecans
chopped pecans



1 Bake the pie shell and let it cool. Combine the pudding mix, powdered milk and Fresca and let set for 5 minutes. Blend in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping and 1/4 cup pecans. Spoon into the pie shell and decorate with the remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping and additional nuts. Chill for at least 1 hour.
2 VARIATION: Use banana pudding mix instead of chocolate and 2 bananas instead of pecans.
