Frozen Deer Liver Fry

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb fresh deer liver 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper



1 Soak liver for two hours in salt water. Drain and pat dry. Freeze whole liver. Slice liver while frozen into thin slices. Mix flour in the seasonings. Dredge each liver slice in seasoned flour. Pan-fry in oil over medium heat until tender.
