| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup chopped broccoli stems and florets | 1 cup chopped cooked chicken | 1/2 cup chopped onion |
| 4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded (about 1 cup) | 2 tablespoons chopped parsley | 1-1/2 cups evaporated skim milk |
| 3 eggs | 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder | 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
| 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg | ||
| 1 | Preheat oven to 400 F. Butter a 10-inch glass pie plate (or spary with vegetable cooking spray). Arrange broccoli, chicken, onion, cheese, and parsley in bottom of dish. |
| 2 | Combine remaining ingredients and beat smooth with electric mixer, blender, or food processor. pour over broccoli mixture. |
| 3 | Bake uncovered 30 minutes, until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve. |
