| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 squirrels | 1 tsp salt | dash of pepper |
| 1/4 cup melted butter for basting | ||
| 1 | Skin and clean squirrels. Wash thoroughly and pat dry. Cut in half lengthwise and rub with salt and pepper. Place halves on broiling rack and brush with fat. Broil 5 inches from source of heat, 20 minutes on each side. Baste every few minutes with melted butter and drippings. |
