| 1-1/2 tablespoons cooking oil | 1 large onion, sliced | 1 pound ground beef |
| 1/4 cup rice (uncooked) | 2 to 3 celery stalks, chopped | 1 green pepper, chopped |
| 1 layer sliced potatoes | salt and pepper to taste | 1 can red kidney beans, drained |
| 1 can tomato soup (do not dilute) | 10 ounces Coca-Cola | |
| 1 | Spread the cooking oil in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer the ingredients in the order listed, pouring the can of Coca-Cola evenly over the top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
