INGREDIENTS:
4 canned chipotles, minced 2 large tomatoes, diced 1/2 small onion, diced
1/4 cup chopped, cilantro juice of 1 lime coarse salt



1 In bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir to blend. Season to taste with salt. Serve over grilled fish, seafood, or chicken or with chips.
