| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| Sauce: 1/2 cup chili sauce | 1/2 cup catsup | 1/4 cup horseradish |
| 1-1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce | 1/4 tsp. salt | 2 tsp. lemon juice |
| 1/2 cup finely minced celery | Tabasco (or cayenne pepper sauce) | 20-25 lbs. crawfish |
| 1 | Boil the crawfish in well-salted water about 15 minutes. Mix the rest of the ingredients together for the cocktail sauce. |
| 2 | Fill a large bowl with chopped ice and arrange crawfish tails over the top. Provide toothpicks for handy dipping. Serve with cocktail sauce. |
