| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 head lettuce | 1 cup celery, chopped | 1 cup onions, diced |
| 1 package frozen peas (seasoned to taste) | 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled | 1 pint of mayonnaise |
| seasoned croutons | Parmesan cheese | |
| 1 | Layer lettuce, celery, onions, peas, and bacon in bowl. Spread mayonnsise over vegetables making sure edges of bowl are sealed tightly. Sprinkle seasoned croutons and Parmesan cheese over mayonnaise generously. Refrigerate overnight. Do not cover! Toss before serving. |
| 2 | VARIATION: Add carrots and cover vegetables with 1 cup sour cream, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, and 2 tablespoons sugar. |
