INGREDIENTS:
8 oz (2 cups) uncooked ziti (long tubular pasta) 1 tablespoon olive oil or oil 1/4 cup chopped celery
2 garlic cloves, minced 1 (28oz) can crushed tomatoes, undrained 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
1-1/2 oz (1/3cup) crumbled feta cheese



1 Cook ziti to desired doneness as directed on package.
2 Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add celery and garlic; cook and stir 1 minute. Add tomatoes and olives; simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.
3 Drain ziti; return to saucepan or place in serving bowl. Add sauce; toss gently to mix. Sprinkle with cheese.
