| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 8 oz (2 cups) uncooked ziti (long tubular pasta) | 1 tablespoon olive oil or oil | 1/4 cup chopped celery |
| 2 garlic cloves, minced | 1 (28oz) can crushed tomatoes, undrained | 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved |
| 1-1/2 oz (1/3cup) crumbled feta cheese | ||
| 1 | Cook ziti to desired doneness as directed on package. |
| 2 | Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add celery and garlic; cook and stir 1 minute. Add tomatoes and olives; simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken. |
| 3 | Drain ziti; return to saucepan or place in serving bowl. Add sauce; toss gently to mix. Sprinkle with cheese. |
